How can I make a purchase at Vigourwalk’s online shop?

Making a purchase at our online shop is very simple. During the whole purchase process, we shall guide you through the different steps. However, if you have any doubts during the process, you can get in touch with us at: shoponline@vigourwalk.com or by telephone on +34 800 4000 4400.

Steps to make a purchase at our online shop:

  1. Are you a registered user? If you have already registered as a user, you can login at the top right-hand corner of the online shop screen. If you are not yet registered, don’t worry, you can provide your details throughout the purchase process.

  2. Look at our catalogue and choose the product that you like best. All our products have been photographed in detail to give you a close look at their composition and finish. Once you have made your choice, pick your desired colour and size and click “Add to basket.”

  3. What if my size is not available? If your size is not available, you may send us a request and we will inform you when it’s back in stock. Click on “My size is not available”, let us know your size and your email address. We will let you know!

  4. I have already selected all the products that I want to buy. What do I do next? When adding a product, you have the option to “Pay now” to see your basket. You can also click on “My Basket” at the top right-hand corner at any time.

  5. Once you are in your Basket, please check that your order is correct and click “Confirm Order” in order to continue. If you are already a registered user, simply login, or otherwise, register as a new user.

  6. Complete your details and pick a delivery address.

  7. Select your payment and shipment method. Click “Pay Now” and complete your purchase. If you select payment by card, the system will then redirect you to a secure payment gateway. Otherwise, you will be redirected to your PayPal account. In some countries, we also offer the option to pay cash on delivery.

Shipping costs are also displayed during the purchase process and prior to making the payment.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within approximately 1 to 7 working days, depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. To check our delivery times, go to https://www.vigourwalk.com/geographical/

If your order includes a customised product, these will be delivered within up to four weeks due to the production process.

Where is my order?

Each order shipped from our warehouse will be assigned an order number. You may contact Vigourwalk to inquire about your order status. Each order has a designated TRACKING CODE that can be viewed from the “MY ACCOUNT” menu. Click on the code to be redirected to the shipping company’s website, where you can enter your code to track your order status at any time.

What happens if I want my package delivered to a different address?

If you want to modify your delivery address, you will need to do so from the “MY ACCOUNT” menu. Here you can add a different address or select an existing address to receive your order during the purchase process. If the order has already been shipped, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to update the delivery address, provided that the package has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, no address changes are allowed.

Can I return my order?

Of course! If your item is not the right fit, you have 30 days to return unworn items.

Please note, we do not accept returns of masks, ensuring that the mask you receive has never been previously worn.

Customized products are considered unique items and cannot be returned.

Can I replace the product for another size or color?

We do not have a specific procedure for size changes. If you need a different size or color, please return the product you do not wish to keep and place a new order.

How do I make a return?

Making a return is very easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Vigourwalk Account.
  2. Go to MY ORDERS, select the order you want to return, and then click REQUEST RETURN.
  3. Mark the items you are returning and select the reason for the return.
  4. Pack your items in the box and check your email. We will send you instructions on how to contact the courier to collect your parcel, along with other return options.

If you’re missing a return label, please get in touch with us, and we will send you a new one via email as soon as possible.

Do returns cost anything?

Your return shipment is FREE* of charge.

*Customers returning products from non-EU countries (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) will be responsible for any direct costs related to the return, approximately equivalent to our shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

It can take up to 15 days for your return to be fully processed. Your refund will be credited to the payment method used when purchasing the returned items.

If your purchase was below the minimum order value of 59.90 and you paid shipping fees, these will not be refunded.

What can I do if I receive a faulty item?

We only sell products in perfect condition. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team for guidance on how to proceed.

What can I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an item that you did not order due to an error, please contact our Customer Service team.

Payment Methods at Vigourwalk

At Vigourwalk, we offer various payment methods to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience. During the purchase process, you can select from the available payment options suitable for your location. Multiple payment methods can be chosen as needed.

Credit/Debit Card

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. When selecting this method, you must be fully authorized to use the card. Payments are processed in real time via a secure virtual POS. We do not store your card details. Card information is transmitted securely using encryption. Please note that credit card payments are subject to checks and authorization by your bank. If your payment is not authorized, your order will not be completed. For added security, Vigourwalk uses La Caixa’s secure payment system, with transactions protected by SSL encryption. We accept SEC transactions for Visa and MasterCard, which include the 3D Secure international protocol.

Cash on Delivery (Spain only)

You can choose to pay in cash to the courier upon delivery. This method includes the purchase price, shipping costs, and any applicable commission, which will be detailed during the purchase process and shown in the order confirmation.

PayPal Payments

If you have a PayPal account or card, you can choose this option. By selecting PayPal, you confirm that you are authorized to use the account or card.

Pay with Klarna

Enjoy flexible payment options with Klarna. You can choose from:

  • Pay Now: Use your online banking details for immediate payment confirmation and order processing.
  • Pay Over Time: Spread the cost into interest-free installments, with the first payment at purchase and subsequent payments every 30 days.
  • Pay Later: Receive your order up front and pay within 30 days without interest or fees.

Store & Online Availability

You can explore our current collection both online and in-store. If an item is sold out, we will work to restock it as soon as possible. If restocking isn’t feasible, the item will be removed from our website.

What if I can’t find my size?

If a size is shaded in light grey and cannot be selected, it means the item is currently out of stock. You can request a restock notification by clicking “Notify me,” selecting your size, and providing your email address. We will inform you as soon as the size becomes available.

How can I check if a specific style is available in stores?

If the item is available on our website, you can check its in-store availability by using the “Check in-store availability” option. Please note that stock figures are for guidance and may vary.

Store Reservations

Currently, we do not offer in-store reservations through our online shop. However, you can contact any of our Vigourwalk stores for assistance and advice.

Vigourwalk Shoe Care

Proper care and cleaning are crucial to prolonging the life of your Vigourwalk shoes. Here are some essential tips to keep them clean and in excellent condition:

General Advice:

  1. Storage: To maintain the shape and quality of your shoes, store them in their original box with all the factory-provided elements.

  2. Wearing Tips: Undo any straps before putting on your shoes to prevent buckles and elastics from breaking. Using a shoehorn can also help keep the heels and counters firm and in shape.

  3. Avoid Sunlight: Keep your shoes away from direct sunlight to prevent the leather from fading and losing its original color.

Fabric Shoes:

  1. Cleaning: Use a soap or detergent with a neutral pH. Gently rub the surface with a clean cloth or rag. Avoid soaking the shoes and never put them in the washing machine.

Patent Leather:

  1. Cleaning: Patent leather is easy to clean due to its waterproof properties. Gently rub the affected area with a damp cloth.
  2. Storage: Keep patent leather shoes with a shoe tree and tissue paper to prevent creasing and deterioration.

Nappa Leather and Other Smooth Leathers:

  1. Dust and Dirt: Use a dry cloth to remove dust and dirt.
  2. Cream Application: Depending on the color, use a specific cream to brighten the shoes. If unsure, choose a neutral shoe cream and polish vigorously.
  3. Grease and Oil Stains: Use soap or detergent with a neutral pH. Rub gently with a clean cloth, then let the shoes dry away from direct sunlight and follow up with the appropriate cream.

Waxed and Distressed Leathers:

  1. Cleaning: Use proper shoe wax and rub the surface vigorously to restore color or shine.
  2. Storage: Store in a fabric bag, separate from other shoes, with the original tissue paper and elements provided by the factory to maintain their condition.
 

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the “Login and register” menu.
  2. Enter your email address in the section labeled “I AM ALREADY A VIGOURWALK REGISTERED USER.”
  3. Click on “I have forgotten my password.”
  4. Our system will send you an email with a new password. You can change this password once you log in to “MY ACCOUNT.”

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

  1. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to shoponline@vigourwalk.com.
  2. Alternatively, click on the unsubscribe link found in the footer of the latest newsletter you received.
